Returns Policy for Rust ‘n’ Rodeo
At Rust ‘n’ Rodeo, we take pride in offering unique, high-quality custom and vintage western wear. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (or receipt, for online orders).
2. Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all tags and labels intact. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, or odours.
3. Exclusions:

• Sale items, gift cards, and bespoke/custom or altered items are non-returnable.
• Due to the nature of vintage clothing, minor imperfections, wear, or signs of age are not considered faults and are not eligible for returns.

In-Store Purchases

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

 

Online Purchases

1. Refunds: For online orders, we offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt and meets the eligibility criteria. Items must be received and inspected by us prior to any refund or exchange being offered.
2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at  www.rustnrodeo.com/contact within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, including return shipping costs.

2.1. Condition of Vintage Items: All items are vintage and may show signs of wear, age, or minor imperfections. These characteristics are part of the charm of vintage clothing and are not considered faults.
2.2. Sizing of Vintage Items: Vintage sizing may differ from modern sizing. We provide measurements for each item to help you determine fit. Please review these carefully before purchasing. Due to the nature of the vintage products we sell, sizes may not be the UK modern standard.
2.3. Colours of Vintage Items: While we strive to display colours accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
2.4. Custom/Bespoke Items: Custom/Bespoke items are not returnable due to the uniqueness of the product. Sizing, colours, style and materials (non-exhaustive list) will be discussed and agreed upon before the item is produced. All custom/bespoke items will require a 50% deposit of the final price prior to commencement of production. We aim to deliver custom/bespoke items within 8 weeks of the deposit being paid and will only dispatch the finished item once the full balance has been settled.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in £GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order for a vintage item is placed, the price at the time of purchase will be honoured. The price of custom/bespoke items are based on the specification of the customer. This final price may change should the customer wish to change the originally agreed upon specification.

4. Returns and Exchanges

5.1. We ship almost anywhere! If your country is not listed, please contact us for a postage quote.  Rust ‘n’ Rodeo is not responsible for payment of any import or custom duties on goods shipped or returns. This cost lies with the customer.
5.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
5.3. Rust ‘n’ Rodeo is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
5.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect details being provided.
